Return policy for product quality issues


We are sorry to hear that you received a defective product. Send an email to ln.japanzone@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with a picture of the faulty product and we will contact you to resolve the issue.

Return processing time


We will process your return as quickly as possible, and we will process your refund within 1-3 working days after receiving the returned merchandise. If you have not received a refund 3-7 days after returning the item, please contact us at ln.japanzone@gmail.com and provide proof of the postage information from the return receipt and we will investigate further.

Track return status

When we receive your return, you will receive a receipt confirmation via email. When a refund is arranged, you will also receive a refund confirmation notification via email. Please note that payments may take 3-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on the card issuer.
