由自然種植的米釀製而成的奇跡のお酒。岡山特產「朝日」版介紹菊池清酒廠的清酒系列,該清酒廠釀造特別注重水稻種植的「三全」。在世界上第一個不使用農藥和化肥成功種植蘋果「奇跡の蘋果」的青森縣蘋果農家木村秋則さん的指導下,我們培育出了岡山縣特產的米`「朝日」不使用化肥、殺蟲劑或除草劑,經由自然栽培,不使用任何物質。這是用完成的“奇跡のお米”釀造的純米吟釀。朝日是一種本土稻米,是越光米和笹錦米的祖先。它具有濃鬱的鮮味和乾淨的口感,非常適合佐餐飲用。感受蘊含大量大自然恩惠的「奇跡のお米」的力量。
