Plum liqueur is carefully prepared using unripe plums from Nara Prefecture, and finished with a syrup made by soaking the cherry blossoms in sugar and plum vinegar. With a gorgeous aroma, soft cherry color, and sweet and sour plum flavor, this is a sake where you can fully enjoy the scent of spring.
