Kurashiki Komachi plum wine

The local sake from Okayama, Japan, uses large Nanko plums with strong flavor and is soaked in high-quality sake from Kikuchi Shuzo to extract an elegant flavor. The rice aroma of sake is combined with the sourness of plums, giving it a natural sweetness and flavor. The lower sweetness makes it an "adult's plum wine."
