A particularly strong ancient wine from the Bodhidharma tradition.This is the ancient sake of Junmai sake. The scent features complex, deep notes like brown sugar, caramel, and maple syrup. The flavor is quite sweet, but it has a solid core. A blend of 4 types of sake aged for more than 20 years creates a very balanced taste. In the 2018 Brussels International Competition, "Daruma Masamune 20 Years OldSake" won the Platinum Award in the Aged Sake Category.
